Dashboard

The web console at developer.linktrail.io — register apps, verify link domains, create and tag links, read attribution analytics, and manage settings.

The dashboard (developer.linktrail.io) is where you do everything non-code. Sign up → verify your email → log in. Signing up also creates your first workspace.

Note

Everything belongs to a workspace: API keys, apps, domains and links. The API key in your app decides which workspace an install is recorded in, so register the app in the same workspace you created the key in — the SDK's install call looks the app's identifier up there and answers 404 if it isn't found. Members, roles and the plan are per workspace too. Details: API Authentication.

Good to know

  • Domain and slug are immutable after a link is created — together they are the URL. Everything else (deep link path, apps, fallback, campaign/channel, UTM, custom data) is editable.
  • Archiving a link is permanent — an archived link stops routing and cannot be unarchived.
  • Android apps support multiple SHA-256 fingerprints — register every certificate you install from (debug, upload/release, Play App Signing).
  • Roles: owner, admin, editor, analyst, developer, viewer — managing links and apps needs a manager-level role.
  • Accounts require email verification before login; TOTP 2FA is available under Settings → Security.
